BitJazz Developer Support Can I license BitJazz for redistribution with my product? The BitJazz engine can be downloaded for read-only or for evaluation at no charge. BitJazz charges only for compression, not for decompression. You can buy the full-featured BitJazz engine as part of PhotoJazz Expert for US$99. PhotoJazz Pro, at $79, compresses a maximum of 8 bits per channel. The $29 PhotoJazz Lite only compresses RGB images.
