Autodesk Cleaner
Viewing

You can use Autodesk Cleaner to view any image or movie from the Process window in a separate window.

Images

To view a PhotoJazz image from a Media Cleaner batch in a separate window:

  1. Select the PhotoJazz image in the Process window.
  2. Select Windows > Source.

or

  1. Double-click on the icon or the name of the PhotoJazz image in the Process window.

While the PhotoJazz plug-in is decompressing (opening) a PhotoJazz still image, Autodesk Cleaner gives no indication of what is happening, so be patient when dealing with large images. Note that Autodesk Cleaner does not support progressive display for viewing still images. Autodesk Cleaner buffers up the entire decompressed image before displaying any of it, and from then on always displays the image from its own cache, permitting much faster redisplay.

Also note that, although Autodesk Cleaner's image windows don't have scroll bars, if the window is too large to fit on your display you can still grab any edge of the window and move it around, even up under the menu bar.

Movies

To view a PhotoJazz QuickTime movie from a Media Cleaner batch in a separate window:

  1. Select the PhotoJazz QuickTime movie in the Process window.
  2. Select Windows > Source.

or

  1. Double-click on the icon or the name of the PhotoJazz QuickTime movie in the Process window.

Note that Autodesk Cleaner does support progressive display for viewing movies.

Also note that, although Autodesk Cleaner's movie windows don't have scroll bars, if the window is too large to fit on your display you can still grab any edge of the window and move it around, even up under the menu bar. However, if you click on one of the disclosure triangles in the information pane at the bottom, Autodesk Cleaner will move the window back down so that the top left corner is on the screen.
