PhotoJazz User Manual

Apple PictureViewer
Installation

PhotoJazz uses PhotoJazz QT, a set of QuickTime Components, to let PictureViewer open and save perfect-fidelity compressed PhotoJazz image files.

The PhotoJazz QT components are installed in the "BitJazz Tools 2.0" folder.

On the Macintosh, an alias to the "PhotoJazz QT" file is installed in your "System Folder:Extensions:QuickTime Extensions" folder.

In Windows, a copy of the "PhotoJazz QT.qtx" file is installed in your "Windows\system32\QuickTime" folder.

On system start-up, QuickTime automatically registers the PhotoJazz QT components for all QuickTime-aware applications to use.

For full functionality, you must install PhotoJazz after installing or updating QuickTime.
