Once PhotoJazz is properly installed, you can add PhotoJazz image files or PhotoJazz QuickTime movies to a Portfolio catalog, just as you can for any other image and movie types supported by Portfolio.

To add PhotoJazz images and/or PhotoJazz QuickTime movies to a Portfolio catalog:

1. Select Catalog > Add Items… in Portfolio to open the Open dialog.
2. Select the PhotoJazz image(s) and/or movie file(s).
3. Click Open to add the image(s) and/or movie(s) to the catalog.
4. Click OK in the Cataloging Options dialog.

or

1. Drag the file icon(s) of the PhotoJazz image(s) and/or movie(s) from the Macintosh Finder or Windows Explorer and drop it or them on the Portfolio catalog window.

Folders

To add a whole folderful of PhotoJazz image(s) and/or movie(s) to a Portfolio catalog:

1. Select Catalog > Add Items… in Portfolio to open the Open dialog.
2. Select the folder containing the PhotoJazz image(s) and/or movie file(s).
3. Click Select "Folder" to add the folderful of image(s) and/or movie(s) to the catalog.
4. Click OK in the Cataloging Options dialog.

or

1. Drag the icon(s) of the folder(s) containing the PhotoJazz image(s) and/or movie(s) from the Macintosh Finder or Windows Explorer and drop it or them on the Portfolio catalog window.
