To apply for a refund from BitJazz Inc., you must forward us a copy of the confirmation notice that you received from us when you purchased the product. This receipt identifies you, the seller (which must be BitJazz Inc.), the product, the product key, the date of purchase (which must be within 90 days of your application), the price you paid for the product, and the form of payment.

If the receipt is not available, you need to give us your contact information along with other details so that we can locate your order. The information you send must include your full name, your e-mail address, the name of the product, the platform (Mac or Windows), your product key, the estimated date of purchase, and an estimate of the price you paid for the product.

refund procedure

You are eligible for a refund if you apply within 90 calendar days of buying a product directly from us and are unsatisfied with the product. As soon as we determine your eligibility, based on the proof of purchase you provide to us, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Within 5 working days of confirming your eligibility for a refund, we will either credit your credit card account for the full purchase price, or send you a check for the full purchase, depending on the form of your original payment.
